Extend A New Club

RCA Membership

The members of this Association shall be all the Royal Clubs duly affiliated by the Association engaged in service activities to the needy and poor of the community/society.

The Association Governing Board shall have full right and authority to organize and all Chapter Royal clubs through the Royal district administration sponsored by any of the existing clubs under such rules and regulations as it may prescribe from time to time subject to the provisions of this Constitution and Bye-Laws and Policies established by the Association Governing Board. All Royal clubs shall be autonomous. Royal club shall be considered as chaptered when its Chapter has been officially granted pursuant to the procedures established from tome to time by the Association Governing Board. The acceptance of the Chapter by a royal club shall be through a ratification and agreement on its part to be bound by its relationship with this association interpreted and governed by this Constitution and Bye-Laws, in the state of incorporation of the Association.

If any club intends to terminate the membership of a present or a past governor, such club shall inform the same to the RCA Secretariat. After receipt of such information, the RCA President shall nominate a committee for making enquiry and submit a report to the the RCA Executive Council (RCAEC) for proper action. The decision of RCAEC is binding and therefore till such time, all actions of the club regarding any matter will be null and void.

A full member of a member club affiliated to the RCA can seek change of this membership to another member club on intimation to the RCA subject to the fulfillment of formalities prescribed by the RCA. Such member’s seniority shall be considered as per the RCA’s statute.

Extension of clubs

Royal club may be formed and chaptered in any defined geopgrahic area, including in any area where an established club/ clubs may already exist-with the consent of the Royal District administration subject to the approval of the RCA Governing Board. The area within which a club/ clubs are to be chaptered and recognized will be subject to amendments as provided by the RCA from time to time.

Each Royal club shall be known by the name of the defined geographic area in which t is located. If any such geographic area is having more than on club, such club shall be add to such geographic areas name with the distinct locality to carry the service activity to the needy and poor-as defined in the ‘objectives section’.

Every club located in a Rural are i.e., a Panchayath shall require a minimum 15 persons while in urban / semi urban areas it shall require a minimum 20 persons to get affiliation of the RCA.

Disaffiliation of clubs

Any chaptered Royal club which shall fail to meet any statutory conditions or financial obligations to this Association will-with the discretion of the RCA governing board and in consultation with the Royal District administration, suspend the activities of the club and forfeit its assets pending final determination of its status by the RCA Governing Board.

If any chaptered club wishes to disaffiliate from the RCA, it shall be deemed that all the properties, (movable and immovable) to have beeb transferred to the RCA forthwith.

If any club fails to pay the prescribed subscription for one continuous year and commits defaults-such club will be prevented form the RCA membership for three months to begin with. thereafter, such defaulter club keeps on committing defaults and violations such club will be automatically deemed to have been disaffiliated permanently.
