Become A Club Member
Eligibility for Membership:
- Any person having sound knowledge and belonging to Kapu/Turupu Kapu/Munnuru Kapu/Balija/Telaga/Ontari by birth and willing to agree to abide by the Constitution and Bye-laws and whose age is 18(eighteen) years and above.
- A member shall acquire membership in the Club by invitation on approval of the Executive Committee and through payment of membership/admission/subscription fee of the date.
- A member shall cease to be a member when he/she acts against the aims and objectives/interests of the association or violates any of the provisions of the Constitution and Bye-laws of the Association.
- Classification of Members — The Club shall have the following classes of members:
- Regular Members: Person contributing Rs. 2000/- towards Membership Fee for one year will be eligible to become a Regular Member of the Club. New member should pay additional Rs. 1000 on registration.
- Life Member: Person contributing Rs.20,000/- towards membership fee will be eligible to become Life Member.
- Honorary Members: Honorary membership can be conferred by the Executive Committee of the Club to a person of eminence or persons for the period Executive Committee may deem necessary. The Honorary Members can attend the meeting of the General Body but shall have no voting rights.
- Admission Fees/Membership Subscription non-refundable: No one, ceasing to be a member of the said Society for any reason whatever shall be entitled to a refund of any money paid by him/her by way of admission fees/subscription/ Corpus Fund to the Society.
Termination of membership:
The following conditions shall lead to the termination of membership of the society:
- On the demise of any member.
- If any member becomes mentally insane.
- In case of nonpayment of membership fee as per rule 6 mentioned above
- On resignation of the member as and when the same is accepted.
- If he/she is expelled from the society for misconduct when identified by the executive body and when the decision of E.C. is intimated in writing to the said member.
- A member shall cease to be a member when he acts against the aims and objectives/interests of the association or violates any of the provisions of the Constitution and Bye-laws of the Association.
